The Financial Industry Disputes Resolution Centre Ltd (FIDReC) proudly marked its 20th anniversary on 30 August 2025, commemorating two decades of providing fair, affordable, and independent dispute resolution for consumers and financial institutions in Singapore.
To celebrate this milestone, FIDReC launched a commemorative book on 10 October 2025. In this book, we document the spirit behind FIDReC and capture the stories of the people who have played a crucial role in guiding and supporting FIDReC to achieve its mission. We also hope to shed light on what goes on behind the scenes to keep FIDReC running well as an organisation and share some ideas of how FIDReC may continue to evolve in the future.
We dedicate this book to all who have been part of the FIDReC story, from those who paved the way as pioneers in FIDReC’s early years to those that continue to walk through its doors today.
